Inside Telstra team's hotel bath sex romp

NCREDIBLE details of the Telstra sex party case have emerged - including how the woman at the centre of the scandal frolicked in the bath with two male colleagues, how she groped another one in front of his pregnant wife and how she begged a female co-worker to keep her antics secret.

The eye-popping account is contained in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission ruling into the case of Carlie Streeter, whose story rocked Sydney yesterday.

Ms Streeter, who worked in a Telstra shop at Miranda, was sacked over her frolics at a post-Christmas party.

The telco - which claimed she had sexually harassed three female colleagues by having sex with two men just metres away from where they were sleeping on the floor of a hotel room - was ordered to reinstate and compensate her, but has since declared it will appeal the AIRC ruling.

It has also sacked three other staff who were involved - the two male employees, sales officer Aakash Sharma and store manager Steve Hatzistergos, and a female employee it refused to name.

The AIRC documents go step-by-step through the incident and are signed off by the board's Senior Deputy President Hamberger.
